Growing Together is a support group and class for any adult raising children. July’s session is “Coping Skills & Teaching By Example.”
In this session, we'll discuss coping with the stressors of parenting and modeling positive coping skills & decision making by your own actions.
Future sessions will cover topics like Attachment Styles & Communication Strategies, Power Struggles & Positive Discipline, and Bullying & Social Media.
This program is open to all families and all ages. We will have activities for children to participate in while the session is going. Pizza will be provided for all participants!
Advance registration is welcome but not required. Call the library at 574-946-3432 to sign-up.
Sessions will be held on the second Thursday of the month throughout 2023. You do not need to attend other months’ sessions to attend any particular class.
Growing Together sessions are led by the North Central Indiana Rural Crisis Center and hosted by the Pulaski County Public Library.
