Reserve a Room (by room)

The Activity Room is enclosed and can hold about 25 people.  This room and its built-in projector & presentation system can be used by non-profit groups at no charge.  Food, any required room setup, and for-profit groups are subject to applicable fees.

This formal room features a board table with seating for 14 (and up to an additional 5 along the wall), along with a large digital display and a visual board, which includes a marker board and tackable surface.

The Reading Room is the library's largest meeting room, at roughly 45’x35’. The maximum capacity for regular patron meetings is about 40 people. For a fee, the furniture can be moved in the room, and it can accommodate 50 people.

The library's large tutor room (Tutor Room A) is available during normal library hours.  Up to six people may use the room at a time.

Tutor Room B is available during normal library hours.  This room is one of the library's smaller tutor rooms.  It can seat two people comfortably; a maximum of four people can use the room at a time.
