This formal room is located upstairs in the original Carnegie wing of the building, overlooking the library's prized magnolia tree. Elevator access to this level is available.
The central feature of the room a board table with seating for 14 and up to an additional 5 along the wall.
The room features a visual board, which includes a marker board and tackable surface on the inside of the door panels. Dry erase markers, an eraser, and tacks are included.
Water bottles with lids are permitted. No other drinks or food are allowed in this room without the express permission of the Library Director. Upon request, available supplies include easels and a mobile lectern. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Equipment
This room features a Zoom Room system for teleconferencing and virtual meetings. The system comprises a large wall-mounted digital display, camera, speaker, microphone pod, and tabletop controller.
The wall-mounted display can also be used for presentations with tabletop HDMI input.
Users of the Zoom Room system or digital display may bring their own laptop, or may rent one subject to fees described in the Meeting Room Fees list.
Use of circulating Library equipment is available to patrons free of charge. Non-circulating materials can be reserved and are subject to applicable fees.
Items such as a podium or extra chairs may be available; please let the library know about your needs when you place your reservation request.
Free Wi-Fi is available in this space.
The Zoom Room system is made possible through a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).

The Magnolia Room features a large board table with 14 chairs around it. Additional chairs may be set up along the wall upon request.
