The Activity Room is roughly 34’x22’ and has a maximum capacity of about 25 people. The room is enclosed.
This room features two rows of tables with 10 chairs each. Users are not allowed to move tables and chairs into different configurations.
The room and its built-in projector & presentation system can be used by non-profit groups at no charge. There are fees for any additional equipment, any required room setup, and for-profit groups.
Covered drinks are allowed. Serving food is subject to a $25 fee.

Equipment
This room features a built-in projector, screen, and presentation system with VGA and HDMI input.
Users of the system may bring their own laptop, or may rent one subject to fees described in the Meeting Room Fees list.
Use of circulating Library equipment is available to patrons free of charge. Non-circulating materials can be reserved and are subject to applicable fees.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Seating
The Activity Room features two rows of tables with 10 chairs each. Only library staff may move furniture; users of the room are not allowed to move tables and chairs into different configurations.
If you require a different setup, please describe it in your reservation request. Any room setup beyond the standard one is subject to a fee as described in the Meeting Room Fees list.
