Growing Together is a support group and class for any adult raising children. Our first meeting will be held at the library on Thursday, May 11th from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Earth Day is Saturday, April 22nd. Come to the library for fun stories and an Earth Day craft with Jolie in our children’s area at 10:00 and 11:30 a.m.!
We had a fantastic time at Comics with Jingo on March 31st. Nineteen kids came and learned how to make their own comics!
Kids and teens will get to create their own page of a comic book at "Comics with Jingo" on Friday, March 31st.
Jingo de la Rosa, illustrator and arts educator, will lead participants through the creative process and guide them in creating their comic’s illustrations.
The library is hosting Spring Break Activities in the children’s area every day during the week of March 27th.

We’re celebrating the end of Winter Reading with a FREE screening of the movie "Smallfoot" at the Isis Theatre on Saturday, Feb. 25th at 10:00 am!
The theater will open at 9:30. This screening is free and open to the public.
We’re celebrating the birthday of one of our favorite children’s authors, Mo Willems, with a weeklong celebration!
Willems is the author of several modern children's classics, featuring characters like Pigeon, Piggie & Gerald, and Knuffle Bunny.
Get “Yeti to Read” with our Winter Reading Challenge!
Winter Reading is a program that encourages reading during the winter months. The program is for all ages – child, teen, and adult – and will run from January 17th to February 28th.
Teachers, home schoolers, and parents will be interested in our newest digital resource: Scholastic Teachables!
Scholastic Teachables offers printable activities for any subject: math, science, reading comprehension, STEM, writing, and beyond.
We’re excited to begin Lego Movie Maker SPARK Club in January!
Participants in this youth program will learn about animation, storyboards, and special effects. They’ll even create their very own Lego movie!
