Local author Kathi Thompson will introduce A Rock and a Hard Place, the newest book in her Tiger Lily’s Café mystery series, with a book signing event at the library. She will be available to speak to individuals and sign books on Tuesday, July 26, from 3:00 to 6:30 PM.
