DIY Grocery Bag Jump Ropes with Ellen

Just in time for Earth Day, kids will get hands-on practice using common items to make something new as they create jump ropes out of grocery bags.

Ellen from the Tippecanoe River State Park will lead children in this craft at the library after school on Monday, April 21st.
