The library is hosting a Community Banned Book Discussion on the book Beloved by Toni Morrison on Tuesday, September 20th at 5:30 p.m. Free copies of the book will be available at the library while supplies last. Come in to pick up your copy and register for the book discussion.
This event is part of Banned Books Week. During Banned Books Week – September 18-24 – we highlight instances where books have been challenged or banned & affirm our commitment to ensuring access to any material a person chooses to read. The library will be sharing activities and information in-person and online throughout the week.
