Cindy Heigl (née Shepherd) will be at the library on Saturday, January 14th from 1:00 to 3:00 to sign copies of her new book In a Heartbeat: My Miraculous Experience of Sudden Cardiac Arrest. The book provides Cindy’s personal account of her brush with death and describes the peace and protection she felt during the intense and terrifying situation. Cindy is a Pulaski County native and is looking forward to coming home to share her story.
