Brenda Hadley will lead a session of Chair Yoga at the library on Thursday, March 14th, 2:00-3:00 p.m.
Chair yoga is a gentle movement exercise that can be done while sitting on a chair. It’s a great option for people who have limited mobility or are otherwise unable to practice traditional yoga.
