Event Details
Local outdoor skills instructor Jim Conley will teach kids skills featured in the world's best outdoor-themed books at this program. Kids will learn how to make a Survival Shelter like in Hatchet, how to set a survival trap like Katniss from The Hunger Games, how to tie Buck's #1 Call of the Wild rescue knot, and so much more. This program is for kids ages 8 to 12 and will be held at the Pulaski County Public Library in Winamac. Advance registration is required – stop by the library to sign up.
