All overdue fines will be forgiven for long-overdue items returned on Friday, November 26th.
Funding from industrialist and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie helped get the Winamac Public Library started over 100 years ago. In recognition of his legacy of generosity, we will be waiving all late fees for long-overdue items returned in good condition on this date.
