Summer Reading is here! The theme for this year's youth program is “Books Bring Us Together.”
The program runs from May 30th to July 20th.
Children ages 3–18 can take part in Summer Reading.
Sign up at the desk in the children’s area. You can sign up anytime starting May 22nd and throughout the program.
During Summer Reading, visit the library and stop by the kids’ desk to tell us about a book you enjoyed reading over the past week. For each week you do, you’ll earn that week’s prize and get to add your name to the bucket for our grand prize drawing!
Earn one extra prize entry for reading a book from our Summer Reading list. Pick up a list at the children’s desk.
Our Summer Reading Party will be held at the library on July 20th. Participants can each get a free serving of ice cream from the Patio at the library from 4:00 to 6:00 – just pick up your free ice cream coupon ahead of time!
Our grand prize drawings will be held at the party at 5:30. You must be present to win. Prior winners are ineligible for consecutive wins.
We will have a variety of programs, activities, and crafts all summer! Check out our program flyer, and be sure to keep an eye on our calendar of events.
